Overview
GoodWe Technologies Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as GOODWE) warrants that, subject to the exclusions and limitations set out below, the GOODWE BAT Series battery system GW8.3-BAT-D-G21
1. 10 years of product warranty
GOODWE warrants that the hardware of electronics and enclosure (including battery cover, micro circuit breaker, BMS PCBA) will be free of defects caused by improper workmanship or defective materials and it will be starting from the original end user purchase date, if the customer is unable to provide adequate documentation of the original purchase, the warranty starting date shall be the earlier one of installation date or 6 months after the product was manufactured.
2. 10 years of performance warranty
GOODWE warrants that, for ten (10) years, the battery system (i) retains either seventy percent (70%) of Usable Energy from the warranty start date; or (ii) reach theMinimum Through Output Energy.Whichever comes first.

For HV2600, ECS2900-H, ECS4800-H, EQ4800-L, EP5, EP11, EP12 Plus (w), CQ7, EQ5500 Series the Standard Performance Warranty for
the Products is valid for a period of 10years, One Hundred and Twenty (120) months from the date of installation, but no more than One
Hundred and Twenty -Five(125) months from the date of manufacture of the Product

Contracting Parties
This Policy is only provided to the original purchaser of the product from an accredited electrician (Installer), who on-supplies the product to another party, or to that other- party (End-User).
Performance Warranty Terms
HV2600, ECS2900-H, ECS4800-H, EQ4800-L, EP5, EP11 , EP12 Plus (w), CQ7 and EQ5500 series: Fox ESS warrants and represents that
the Product retains at least 70% of Nominal Energy or Usable Energy for the either 10 years after the date of the initial installation or for a
minimum Energy Throughput as per the table below (whichever comes first) when the battery system is operated under a normal use
according the to the specifications outlined in the Product manual.
